Better Nights. Brighter Days.
A gentle, evidence-based approach to better sleep — blending behavioural science with modern sleep research. Personalized sleep support for adults, families, and organizations in Ottawa and across Canada.
Support for better sleep, at every stage of life.
Better sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither is the support I offer.
I work with adults, families, and organizations across Canada to help build healthy, sustainable sleep habits using gentle, evidence-based sleep strategies.
Whether it’s supporting you to fall asleep and stay asleep, creating calming routines for your little one, empowering your teen to build healthy sleep habits, or helping your team prioritize rest and well-being in the workplace, I provide personalized sleep support rooted in behavioural science and evidence-based sleep strategies to help every individual — and organization — get the rest they deserve.
What working together can look like:
-
Gentle, science-informed sleep support for toddlers to teens (and their tired parents)
-
Personalized strategies to help you fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly, and wake feeling restored.
-
Wellness workshops that support better sleep, focus, and well-being for teams.
The approach
When it comes to sleep, lasting change starts with understanding the full picture. My process is structured, compassionate, and rooted in behavioural science and evidence-based sleep strategies. Together, we’ll build a clear plan that feels both doable and sustainable.
What guides my work:
Evidence-informed, not cookie-cutter — Every plan is personalized.
Gentle, realistic strategies — Practical changes that fit your life.
Collaboration over prescription — We work together, not top-down.
Sustainable change — Real results that last.
Pricing & Investment:
Every individual and family’s sleep journey looks a little different — which is why I use an hourly pricing model rather than preset packages. This ensures your plan and support are completely personalized to your needs.
Most individuals and families achieve meaningful improvements in their sleep within approximately 10 billable hours, though every situation is unique.
-
We begin with a comprehensive sleep assessment to understand your (or your child’s) history, daily rhythms, environment, and routines. This helps us clearly identify what’s getting in the way of better rest.
-
Using what we learn, I create a custom sleep plan that aligns with your needs, values, and real life. No rigid rules, no generic templates — just practical, science-informed strategies designed for you.
-
Sleep change takes time. I offer structured guidance and gentle accountability as you implement your personalized plan, and provide continued support thereafter as needed — so you’re never left navigating the process alone.
-
My goal is to help you build confidence, not dependence. I’ll teach you the why behind each recommendation so you have the tools and knowledge to maintain healthy sleep habits long after our work together.
My story
As a Registered Behaviour Analyst and Certified Behavioural Sleep Practitioner, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to the work I do.
My journey began in behavioural science, supporting children and families to build meaningful routines and create calmer, more connected homes. Over time, I saw a clear pattern: when sleep improved, everything else got better too. Kids were happier, parents felt more confident, and families had space to thrive.
That’s what drew me to sleep consulting. I wanted to do more than just address behaviours during the day — I wanted to help people reclaim their nights, too. I immersed myself in sleep science, learning how to blend what I already knew about behaviour with practical, evidence-based strategies that make sleep more achievable.
Sleep is personal to me, too. I know what it’s like to lie awake with a racing mind, or to support someone you love through sleeplessness. Those experiences shaped not just my work — but how I work.
Today, through Brighter Days Sleep Consulting, I support adults, families, teens, and workplaces across Canada. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in science — because your sleep story is unique, and your support should be, too.
